Pricing shown on the website (including any "starts from" figures) is indicative. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quotation. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide timely access to systems, sample data, and stakeholders required for the project.
- Ensure you have the legal right to share any data or documents with us.
- Operate any hardware we deliver in line with the documentation provided.
5. Intellectual property
Pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how remain our property. Project-specific configurations, prompts and integrations are licensed to the client for internal use as described in the relevant statement of work.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and only use it to deliver the agreed services. Where requested, we sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement before scoping.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by Dutch law, our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
